Entourage 2004, provides MS Outlook functionality in a Mac OS X-native application. When you have configured Entourage, you will be able to synchronize your Exchange calendar and address book as well as read and reply to email. To configure Entourage 2004 to access your Exchange account at Indiana University, follow the instructions below:

Setting up Entourage 2004 for Mac OS X to access your Exchange account Note: If you have Mac OS 9 or Mac OS X 10.1 or earlier, you cannot use Entourage 2004. If you are using Mac OS X 10.1, use Entourage v.X.

The printer names you can add are: Lab_Printer_1, Lab_Printer_2, Gibson_Printer, Library_2nd_Floor, and Student_Lounge

To configure Outlook to use the Law School's exchange server, do the following: 1. Go to Start, then Control Panel (Or Start -> Settings -> Control Panel) 2. Double click on Mail 3. Under the E-mail tab, click on New... 4. For Office 2007 users, check Manually configure server settings or additional server types at the bottom and click Next. 5. Choose the Microsoft Exchange option and click Next. 6. In the box labeled Microsoft Exchange server: enter exchange.law.utah.edu

Point cursor to the quick access toolbar. In the image below, the quick access toolbar is where you can see the icon for saving file, undo, print, and page setup. Quick access toolbar is either above or below the ribbon. Image below shows that it is above the ribbon.

Select your desired format. Then, at the bottom of the window, select the Start at: option and select the number just below what you want your first page number to be. For example, if you want the page after the title page to be page 1, select 0 as the starting page number.

Two messages will eventually appear. The first will ask if you want Microsoft to enable the instant search feature. Check the box that say's "Don't show me this again" and then click "No". The second message will ask you about synchronizing RSS feeds into Outlook. Want to enable the functionality feel free to click "Yes", otherwise, click "No".

This only work on Microsoft Internet Explorer. Rules feature will not show up on other web browsers.

A pop-up window will appear with a timer that is counting down. When the timer reaches zero, click the 'Install Now' button.
