BNFL Sellafield have awarding their Customer Services contract to Solutec and the HEAT Service & Support solution. Having been outsourced to CSC for IT and MIS support for several years, BNFL wanted a mechanism to monitor the satisfaction within their user community of this service. Following a complete review all of the options within the Helpdesk and Customer Service arena determined that HEAT, backed by Solutec was by far their preferred option.
